The focus of my work lies in the user-centric development of cross media communication solutions as well as the conception and design of digital interfaces.
I have been working in the digital and communications industry for more than 15 years. I head the Berlin Customer Experience Team of Avenga. Here I support companies from the finance and insurance industry, among others. Before joining Avenga, I worked for ministries, associations and media companies at the communications agency ressourcenmangel and managed the Berlin design unit.
What drives me is my passion for good design, my interest in new technologies and the need to constantly develop myself personally and professionally. I love challenges that give me the opportunity to learn new things, meet exciting people as well as to discover new ways of working and corporate cultures.
Due to many years of experience in the areas of user interface and user experience design, but also classic advertising and strategy, I can cover a variety of disciplines to contribute to the development of products with real added value.

Analysis
During the analysis phase I examine not only the current market situation, but also the needs of the users, technical possibilities and the goals and requirements of the client.
Strategy
The development of a clear product vision helps to keep the goals in view. A common process model and a roadmap help to translate the vision into reality.
Concept
User-centered thinking and sensitivity to design helps me develop digital concepts. Possible problems can thus be identified and solved at an early stage.
UI Design
Modern digital products must not only look attractive, they should also be easy and intuitive to use and offer the user real functional added value.
Prototyping
Interactive prototypes make it possible to test and refine functions for potential errors. The knowledge gained flows directly into product development.
Realisation
A high quality of realisation is crucial for the user experience. This requires not only expertise but also knowledge of current technologies and design trends.

Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these web pages, your IP address will be shortened by Google in advance within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to and truncated by Google on servers in the United States. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.
